Cancun Beach Resort Condo no longer rents units at Lahia Cancun.

The vast majority of our clients have spoken and they overwhelmingly prefer staying at Cancun’s premier condo complexes Portofino Bay View Grand and Bay View Grand Residential. 99.9% of our clients preferred these properties over Lahia for its location, and the reputation of being Cancun premier rental condos. Both of these complexes offers a superior location and allows you to walk to many of Cancun’s best restaurants, nightclubs, and malls.

Within a few short blocks from the condo are many of Cancun’s most famous eateries and shopping including the Plaza By The Sea Forum, Plaza Caracol, Senor Frogs, Rain Forest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, Carlos and Charlie’s, Dadyo’s Cancun Night Club, and the world famous Coco Bongos, and dozens of others. And of course PortoFino and Bay View Grand is on the most pristine white sand beaches in all of Cancun located directly on the beautiful and absolutely breathtaking turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean.

Lahia was rejected by most of our clients in a large part due to its inferior location at the very end of the hotel zone at KM 20. The location offers no restaurants, shopping malls or night life within walking distance and is nearly 7 miles from the heart of the hotel zone.

Therefore because of the lack of demand and interest in the Lahia Cancun rentals we have decided to stop marketing the property.
