* Credit Card Payments add 3% processing fee to above rates

* Easter Week, Holy Week, Thanksgiving and Spring Break Weeks slightly higher

* During high and holiday seasons Saturday to Saturday rentals only

* Call for information on rental periods exceeding 1 week or for longer term rentals

* Minimum 3 night stay

* All stays must add $35 one time cleaning fee (Final Maid Service)
