This is a 15th floor Bay View Grand Cancun condo rentalunit. The Cancun condo is oceanfront and consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. It also has a nanny quarters with attached bath, this 5 bedrooms and 5 baths when counting the nanny room. The unit also has 3 balconies, two oceanfront one of which is accessed from the great room and the other from the master bedroom.

The condo is centrally air conditioned, and is tastefully decorated with modern style contemporary furniture. Large Screen LCD in Living room and 26” Flat Screens LCD TV’s in each of the 4 bedrooms.
